Single Family Detached Homes in Carlsbad 92010
 
The 2nd quarter of 2018 has been a busy year in the real estate market in the Carlsbad 92010 area, but with some shifts from Q2 in 2017. Here we take a look at what happened with single family detached homes sales in the Carlsbad 92010 area for April through June 2018, along with current and pending listings.
 
 
The 92010 area of Carlsbad includes Calavera Hills (see photo of Lake Calavera above), Tamarack Point, The Summit, The Foothills at Carlsbad, Carlsbad Heights, Spinnaker Point, the new planned communities of Robertson Ranch (2 of the 4 neighborhoods are gated communities) and The Preserve, and several other neighborhoods further west but east of El Camino Real, with a mix of attached (condos, town homes, twin homes) and detached single family homes.
