On July 02, 2018, Realtor.com reported that in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California median list price was $763,000 in June of 2018 decreased from $767,000 in May of 2018, but gained 5.0% from June of 2017.
Houses stayed 37 days in the market in June of 2018 down from 34 days in May of 2018, and declined 3.0% from June of 2017, while there were 24,809 homes listed in the market in June of 2018, higher from 23,372 homes listed in May of 2018, but lower 4.0% from June of 2017 in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California according to Realtor.
