On July 02, 2018, Realtor.com reported that in San Diego-Carlsbad, California median list price was $699,000 in June of 2018 increased from $693,000 in May of 2018, and gained 3.0% from June of 2017.
Houses stayed 34 days in the market in June of 2018 up from 32 days in May of 2018, but declined 8.0% from June of 2017, while there were 6,697 homes listed in the market in June of 2018, higher from 6,376 homes listed in May of 2018, and rose 12.0% from June of 2017 in San Diego-Carlsbad, California according to Realtor
