FOCUS
There is business at hand and business as usual. Reality actually forces you to focus on what is, with or without nervous trepidation. Since emotional distress colors your world, starting the day right, right from the start without distractions and staying focused on current reality will affect how you conduct business. However, you start your day, stay positive and stare at reality in the face of courage. If you don't initially have the courage to open your eyes up wide first thing in the morning, a pretty picture swirled in coffee can actually make you smile. For me, that's the start for creative juices I need to start my day!
