Out of 415789 homes in the Cuyahoga County, 9210 homes were built before 1900s, which is 2.215% of all the homes in the County, 18,098 homes were built in the 1900's, 4.35% of homes, 32,299 homes were build in 1910's  which is 7.76 %, 32,299 were built in the 1920's, 14.27%, 59,322 homes were built in 1930's, 14.27%, 16,877 in 1920's, 4%, 43,677 in the 1940's, 10.5%, 69,646 in the 1950's, 23.24%. 50,144 in the 1960's, 12.16%, 27,468 in the 1970's, 6,61 %, 19,497 in the 1980, 4.97%, 21,874, 5.26 % in the 1990's, 16508, 3.97% in 2000's, 3,769, 0.091% in 2010's.  East Cleveland is the oldest ,median year for the construction of it's existing homes were built in 1917. median year for home construction for the second oldest existing homes are in the Village of Lindale, 45 %, 14 of 29 of it's existing homes were constructed in 1910's. The median year for Lindale's home construction is 1920's.
