The best kinda "pop-by".
It rarely works out.
I invite people to join Active Rain all the time.  Sometimes they join, but mostly they don't. Usually with the excuse, "I don't know what to write".
Ande Breunig, a newer agent in my office is another one of those that I invited to join Active Rain, because I thought it suited her skillset, and she'd be an asset to Active Rain, and the rain would return the favour.
Well, whaddya know... not only did she join, but she has posted her very first post.
