California Single Family Homes Salea & Values Report June 2018
On July 23,   2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported an annualized rate of 410,800 single family homes sold in California in June of 2018 increased 0.4% from 409,270 in May of 2018, but decreased 7.3% from 443,120 units in June of 2017. While, homes values gained 0.3% to the price of $602,760 in June of 2018 from price of $600,860 in May of 2018, and rose 8.5% from price of $555,420 in June of 2017 in California.
There were 3.0 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in June of 2018, higher from 2.7 months in June of 2017. An average it took 15.0 days to sell a single family home in June 2018, same as from 15.0 days in June of 2017 in California. The average price for a square foot was $290.00 in June of 2018 higher from $270.00 in June of 2017 in California.
