R U Waiting 4 Something 2 Happen Rather Than Making It Happen?
The title for this post, I took from the book: BEYOND POSITIVE THINKING by Dr Robert Anthony.
It is one of my favorite books, I carry it with me. There are so many things underlined in it, just about every other page or more.
Another thought came to mind today, about something that is more exciting to me than any other time of my 38+ years as a real estate agent.
I realized, in most cases, the reason so many real estate agents are standing in line three to 12 days, to place their real estate license with eXp Realty around the country, they have seen a presentation of The New Model for Real Estate.
And they get it. (as Mike Ferry used to say back in 1997)
Many, like myself have yet to be exposed to it.
I knew NOTHING about this until about the end of May. And I listened to one hour of information FOUR TIMES B 4 making an exciting decision.
Thirty-two years ago, I was invited to Toastmasters, and said no, until 20 years later my best friend, INVITED ME A SECOND TIME!
That wait….. cost me over $500,000.00 or more!
