Warwick Greene  condos  is a community  in Jamison Bucks county in Central Bucks school district. www.cbsd.org
There are different floor plans. They do not have  a garage.
I looked up the mls this morning for homes that sold in first six months of 2018 
There was one sale reported in Trendmls. This does not include sale by owner and homes not listed.
The  sale price was $244,900.
The list  price was $249,900.
It had 2 bedrooms, 2 and half baths and loft and basement.
