Flowers Mill, active adult community, Homes sold January to June 30, 2018
Flowers Mill is an active adult community that offers resort style living in Bucks county.
 
The clubhouse has indoor swimming pool , exercise room, banquet room, and offers lots of activities. There is also an outdoor pool. There are tennis courts. I looked up the mls this morning for active listings. There are no  active listings. 
I looked for homes sold in first six months of 2018.
There were 9 sales.
The lowest sale price was $320,000
The highest sale price was $441,000.
The average sale pie was $368,833
The average days on market was 17.
There are 2 homes pending settlement .
Both were on the market for one day.
