Friends family and clients often ask...
So how's the radio show going?
 
It is has been  five years since I became the host of All About Real Estate.  Each week there has been a different show.
Some shows have guests, some shows have themes, some shows have callers with special topics.
Never sure what the show will be like but I do love the spontaneity.
 
 
 
There have been owners talking about the unique features of their home.  There have been sellers who have shared the selling process. There have been buyers who have had a pleasant transaction with me. There have been buyers who have called to let me know what kind of home they were looking for.
 
 
 
 
 
There have been industry leaders, like Floyd Wickman, on the show. There have been  AR members, stagers, consultants, lenders, attorneys, photographers and even other Realtors®
 
There are callers during (it is a live call in show) and after the show with questions or comments.
 A few of the discussions have been home inspections, packing, moving challenges, aging in place, getting the house ready to sell, appraisals, title questions, termites, radon, emotional support animals, buying the wrong house, buying the right house, contingencies and even home owner scams.
This has been a wonderful experience for me and I love talking
