The Final Walk Thru - Understanding the Real Estate Process
 
Every real estate transaction is different, but certain steps are always the same, regardless if you're buying a $250k Condo or a $2.5M Custom Home....these steps include the initial viewing of the home, making sure its the home you'd like to make an offer on.
 
 
Once the offer is made and accepted, you're going to have the home inspection completed, this checks out all the appliances, the structure, the windows and doors, all the electrical components as well as the plumbing and everything else in between. Once the inspections are completed and you're super happy and moving forward...its time for the Final Walk Thru.
This is one of final steps before you close on your home, important as you make sure everything still works, and you make sure whatever the SELLER agreed to replace or repair...has been done.
