  A short rant that I make to myself daily:
 
Listing agent- "Hi Steve, you showed my listing 143672 Apple Blossom Ferry Run Drive South East ...4 days ago...any Feedback."
 
Steve: " No Freddy...I have shown 34 homes since then and I am driving. Email me the listing and I will see what I can do.
All I know is that we're not writing an offer on it otherwise I would have called you ASAP, probably before I left the property's driveway" 
 
Actually I am  a very fun guy and much nicer than this, but COME ON...!!! I cannot keep track of all the showings when the buying season is hot and I don't have time to give 34 verbal responses from memory...email me the listing and/or better yet ...an auto generated, easy check back response form. We use Showing Time: http://www.showingtime.com/
It is truly awesome...clients love it and it does more than send feedback emails automatically.
