Importance of Systems
I recently started a new chapter in my life.  I have moved to Norman Ok to finish my degree at my favorite school of all time- Univ. of Oklahoma.  As I (sadly) leave my team in Lubbock, Texas I am reminded of how important systems are.
As many of you may know, I write mostly for assistants.  However, if you don't have an assistant, you are one.  So, this I write for anyone who will read it.
The Millionaire Real Estate Agent walks us through step-by-step how to create and implement systems.  You need systems for everything.  Lead generation, buyer/ sellers, follow- up calls to prospects, contract to close, etc.  You need systems for everything!
To the assistants who are reading this, let me tell you this.  There may come a day when you leave the position you are in.  Whether it be because you are moving into a Buyer's Agent postion, or you go back to school, or whatever the reason.  If you and your agent(s) have the correct systems in place, the transition will be an easy one.
