Will the Frig convey if it was not in the contract This was a question this week on the Texas Real Estate web site or what one might say TAR Texas Association of Realtors. Which we are a member of. Does the Frig convey if it was not in the contract. The answer is no it does not convey if it was not properly placed in the contract. There sits a beautiful Black Frig Does it stay with the house or does it go? The Frig is personal property and does it stay with the house? The answers is no it does not stay with the house unless it is agreed upon in the contract. Well one might ask how is it agreed upon in the contract? There is a form that TAR provides us to use as Realtors. This form is known as NON-REALTY ADDENDUM This is the form that one would use to negotiate the Frig. Does it stay or does it go??? Place it on the NON-REALTY form to ensure that all parties understand the frig is to stay with the house.
