Poor me. If I only had $39 I could be a millionaire
SInce I'm fiancially viscerated by the last x months of my real estate success I did no expensive travelling for the Memorial Day weekend.  I found myself watching lots of bad TV as no network wants to run the good stuff when no one's watching.  This means a vast offering of infomercials!  These guys really know how to sell! I find more new real estate systems and repackaging of old ideas and everybody seems to be pumping and pimping real estate 'systems' at record amounts.  Are we this gullible? Hell yes!
 
Want to make money in investment real estate? TAKE THIS ADVICE. Put $50 into the offering plate or a homeless shelter and forget taking over someone elses nightmare.  Send me $1,000 and you'll still likely come out ahead.
