Endorsement from Past Clients - Short Sales Northwest Indiana
Recently, we received this email from past clients who we represented in the sale of their Northwest Indiana property this summer, subject to Bank approval of a short sale.
We were referred to these clients via their attorney, after their listing expired from another brokerage.
It was not short amount of time = It took over 1 year to sell and had an offer that expired with buyers not willing to wait and then another offer not accepted - buyer not understanding that a short sale is not a fire sale, even banks have a bottom line.
Finally, the 3rd offer (above list price) closed!
