Skip the Propaganda...

There is so much information on the internet, and much of it is either misleading or flat out wrong! 
Can you say ZILLOW?   I wish my home is worth what Zillow has it valued at.  If I didn't have the background knowledge in real estate, I would get excited... very, very excited.  But I know better.
If you are wondering what your home is worth, I implore you... Skip the Propaganda!  Hire a professional real estate agent who knows the market and can give you a realistic value for your home. 
If you are a prospective home buyer, hire a professional.  They can protect and guide you so you don't overpay for a home.
I would never try to do my taxes without professional help.
I would never try to navigate my insurance options without professional help.
I would never plan a major trip without professional help.
I certainly would never buy or sell a home without professional help.

Information is FREE.  Knowledge, Experience & Integrity Are Priceless!
