The background story is that:  I have been in the greater Los Angeles Real Estate Market for the past 22+ years as a Realtor. To be in it this long, I had to develop good marketing systems, otherwise I would have not lasted this long. Then to boot, I would not have received year after year Awards from the two National Brokerages that I have worked for. It is that simple.
Now let’s talk about my Marketing history:  Since 1999 I started sending monthly post cards out and when finally, I stopped around 2004, I was sending out post cards to about 30,000 land owners in the greater Los Angeles Area. That was about one card a month. Clearly you can guess that this was costing me a good amount of money. I realized that the wave of the future was not in postcards, but in the Internet Marketing. Please Google my name and you will notice that you can find me everywhere. Hence I feel confident that the switch was a wise move.
