Subdivision Name in Real Estate Searches Controversy
So is it Gardens of Beacon Square?
Or is it Gardens Beacon Square?
Or is it Gardens of Beacon Sq?
Or is it Garden Beacon Sq?
Depending on how you input your search you can get 8 properties or 23.
The only way to get them all is to put in Garden and condo and New Port Richy.  Course you get all the other subdivisions with Garden in their name.  Just weed through them and click the ones you want.
Solution?   Knowledge.  Just know this is part of the puzzle. 
What a shame for the seller that has it as Garden Beacon Sq, and has no idea why they are not getting showings.
Another reason to have an experienced Realtor.
