Do You Still Get Calls From Your Signs?
Earlier this year we asked the question "Do Billboards Work?". And in some markets they do, some markets they don't.
What about this question:
Do you still get calls from your signs?We know not everybody is going have a budget for a billboard, or even consider using a billboard. However, it is standard practice in real estate to put a "For Sale!" sign in the front yard of all your listings. It's great for advertising and brand recognition...but...does it mobilize potential leads to call you?
If you don't...we have a few suggestions on how to get more calls...
1. Place a Solid Call to Action:Want to learn more about this listing? Call me now!
Curious what your home is worth? Send me a text!

All of these are solid examples to convert eyeballs to real estate leads.
2. Don't Be Afraid to Stand Out:You can use the standard sign posts and signs to look like the other agents in your brokerage. Or even the other agents in your city...but when was the last time you saw a purple sign post? Be that purple cow! Be a little different to stand out amongst the standard convention of signs.
