Who Would Buy The Most Expensive House?
 
 
Who would buy the most expensive house in the town?
Many years ago I had a luxury home in a prime neighborhood with all the bells and whistles.
It may have been the most expensive listing in the Baltimore area at the time.
There was a high profiled professional who had his assistant contact me for more information.
Finding out that there was a professional video of the property,  the assistant asked to have it sent over for his review.
When I offered to bring it over for a private showing, a date was set and we met at his corporate office.
There were about a dozen people including his family, friends, and colleagues. After seeing the presentation, he made this comment:
 
”Who in the world would pay that much
for a home in Baltimore?”   
My answer…
"The same person who needs to say
 I own the most expensive home in Baltimore!”
 
 
 
A dozen people stood, applauded and recognized he was that kind of person!
 Even though he did not buy the house…we all had lots of laughs.
