This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 2.4 percent, new homes are up 15.7 percent and resale condos are up 7.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 15.4 percent, down 12.3 percent on condos and down 8.4 percent for new homes.
 
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 2.9 percent and the sales volume is down 13.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 4.3 percent and the sales volume is up 5.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 0.8 and the sales volume is down 20.7 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 6.2 percent and the sales volume is down 17.1 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 20.0 percent and the sales volume down 45.3 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 26.2 percent and the sales volume is down 3.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 8.2 percent and the sales volume is up 7.5 percent.
 
I still think the market is really flat at this time.  We see changes week to week in various cities and zip codes but in reality we are flat.  Lets see where we go from here.
