GLENVIEW REAL ESTATE REPORT - SEPTEMBER 2018
 
43 homes closed in September 2018 in GLENVIEW compared to 61 closes in August. That is not unusual because buyers had scheduled closes before school begins. The median price dropped in September to $507,000 from $600,000 but the number of homes that sold would affect that differential somewhat.
