Harmony Club is a neighborhood in the greater Fort Collins area with luxury homes that are competitively priced.  This newer, but established communityis THE place to live if you want tranquaility and a resort-like feel.  It boasts the best Golf Course in Northern Colorado, beautiful mountain views and spectacular pool, club house ammenities.
 
A couple years ago, good clients of mine called me to sell their home in Windsor, CO and asked for information to build a home in Harmony Club.  Husband was an avid golfer, as was his son. We looked at the pre-owned homes for sale in the neighborhood and they settled on a home under contruction (at concrete stage) that worked perfectly for their young family of 5.  In less than 6 months, after chosing exterior and interior finishes with the help of a fabulous designer, the house was built.  Harmony Club features more than one builder and I can recommend the one that built this family's home as easy to work with and on the leading edge of best building practices and new materials.  What a pleasure it was to be the real estate agent working on this project!
