Few People Want to Report a Real Estate Agent
Do you point out potential violations to other agents or do you just report them? That's a dilemma faced by many. I reason people don't like confrontation. It makes them uncomfortable and, for some reason, they often do not want to take the time to reach out to another agent and say, did you know you're not supposed to do that? Sometimes, it is good to give others a reminder. People are not always thinking about their actions or the consequences thereof.
