Thankful For My Cell Phone!
 
While out hiking this morning I became aware of how easy it is for me to enjoy nature and take care of a little business along the way - if needed. A home was closing and title needed just a  little bit of info - one click and done - back to hearing the birds chirp. Now some folks say - oh no - don't bring your phone hiking!  And I say - it works for me and whatever works for you is fine by me! My trusty little yellow phone gives me the opportunity to do business and enjoy my nature alone time!
 
The other thing I love about my phone is being able to text even if I am with a client.  I always put my phone on vibrate when with clients. And 'if' it's important to text a client back, I can - and not interrupt a showing or whatever is going on in that moment. Now don't get me wrong, I'm one of 'those' that don't think it's professional to interrupt the process while with a client. But, texting, if done right and quickly does work fine.
