Gratitude Post #6 - my business support team
Today I was aware, yet again, of how fortunate I am to have a wonderful support team for my business, both formal and informal.
First there is Rachael, my Client Care Concierge who goes the extra mile to deliver the unexpected to our clients. They love her! Not only does she excel at that, she is an adept transaction coordinator, social media guru, and provides a wonderful experience at our open houses. She works with me full-time, and is full of energy and ideas, as well as being my link to how millennials think.
My Virtual Assistant, Teena, has worked with me for well over 10 years. Based near Toronto Canada, she handles much of my marketing support and reminds me of deadlines for my newsletter, etc., which we prepare together. I'd be lost without her.
My teenage granddaughter often helps with mailings, adding labels and stamps; she'll assist at open houses too, and is great at showing visitors the amenities at a townhouse or condo complex.
My husband is my IT guy, keeping my various programs up and running. He pitches in whenever extra help is needed, whether it's running to Staples, driving errands, or putting out signs for Opens.
