If you give a Realtor a referral . . .
You've probably heard of the books "If you give a Moose a muffin" or "If you give a mouse a cookie", but how about If you give a Realtor a referral? I've been away at a conference all week and with a pinch of ADD, my mind wanders and zany ideas come about. So, here goes, "If you give a Realtor a referral."
 
If you give a Realtor a referral, he'll want to make a call,
and if he makes a call, he'll want to drop by your house.
If he drops by your house he'll see things you need to do.
So, you'll tidy up and pack stuff away, and then he'll ask you to do just a little more.
And while you're carrying those heavy boxes to storage you'll step on that loose board in the kitchen and your foot will get stuck. 
You'll pull and grunt and holler for help, and when the Realtor comes he'll tell you you've got to get that fixed or the home inspection will find it.
You'll call the handyman who'll fix the board, and while he's carrying his tools to the truck, he'll snag a lamp and knock it over. 
You'll run to catch the lamp and slip on the new ... more
