ActiveRain November 2018 Thanksgiving Challenge | Day 9
As a San Jose Realtor, I'd like to expresses my gratitude for the Tom Parke Team with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage. Tom, Jamie, and David are a blessing. The team is invaluable to my San Jose Real Estate and Probate Help business.  
This is Day 9 entry into the ActiveRain challenge where we've members are asked to share the joys, what blesses us the most, and why it is a blessing.  
 
 
 
Anyone who owns and manages a business knows it takes a village. Even independent contractors need the support of others for their success.  At a bare minimum, they need clients! 
Real estate professionals are no exception. 
I've worked with many lenders over the 15 years I've been a San Jose Realtor. I worked with lenders buying and selling before I became a real estate agent.
I have the experience on both sides to know the difference between OK, Good, Great, and Holy Crap Batman - Tom and his Team are UNBELIEVABLE.  
The bar has been raised beyond the reach of most, if not all. 
 
 
I've learned that people in any profession are only as good as the experiences they've had. I learned that working with a lender that does not know what they claim or profess to know, and maybe they don't ... more
