Washington State Home Inspector Training
At Bellingham Technical College our next four week home inspector training course begins on February 4, 2019. Anyone interested in taking the course should act soon. We keep the class small, to augment personal instruction, and we accept only 12 students per course. Students benefit from that policy, here is a compliment that came in my Email.

LH AT BTC, which is the only state college designed home inspection training course, we sought out capable and dedicated instructors. Here is a photo of our newest faculty member. State law requires inspection students to obtain at least 120 hours of training, and BTC is the only state college level course that offers substantially more credits (135 clock hours) than minimum -- a full 15 clock hours above the baseline. In addition to acquiring the training and certification necessary for licensing, our students earn state college credits!
