REAL Talk: What's The Next Level
 
A few weeks ago, there was an email from my friend Bridget "Mortgage Mama" McGee inviting me to an event at GBBR in Timonium. Knowing I wanted to see Bridget, I put the date on my calendar. 
 
 
 
My week is full of back to back appointments and it was tempting to cancel today.
So glad I didn't because it was a delight sitting with my friend Bridget.
Our speaker was 
Tony Thomas and
I really enjoyed the afternoon hearing how a team works as Tony shared his experiences of going from a mediocre agent to a top producing team. When working with buyers, you have to know who is an A, B or C.  Only work with your 'A' buyers...someone who is ready to buy in the next 30-45 days. 
Another part of Tony's presentation was the importance
of knowing what level you are on and what level you're going to.

1-time blocking

4-lead follow up

7- buyer
