This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 2.0 percent, new homes are up 20.8 percent and resale condos are up 9.7 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 10.6 percent, down 0.6 percent on condos and down 2.4 percent for new homes.
 
 Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 7.0 percent and the sales volume is up 15.0 percent. 
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.2 percent and the sales volume is down 27.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 9.9 percent and the sales volume is down 4.9 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 0.3 and the sales volume is down 41.9 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 9.3 percent and the sales volume is up 2.6 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 21.9 percent and the sales volume down 11.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 33.1 percent and the sales volume is up 17.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 3.4 percent and the sales volume is up 27.7 percent.
