Think Thin Thursday ~ An Honest Review About Nutrisystem
There have been times as a willing and supportive partner I've been subjected to more than a few diet plans. The first was the Cambridge Diet, an MLM company that consisted of a flavored powder  you would mix with water or skim milk. This was a 70's era product that did work and tasted pretty good. During the 80's I was educated about SlimFast which is another shake type supplement in a can which was very convenient. Both of these plans were simply have a shake for breakfast and lunch then eat a sensible dinner. They worked but are not truly sustainable over the long term. In the 90's Nutrisystem was all the rage and rightly so since it was a complete meal package shipped to your door every month. My experience was with the meals and snacks that the Better Half did not necessarily enjoy. Their convenience in portion size and easy prep was its attraction for me. My goal with all of these plans was to lose between 10 to15 lbs. and they all fulfilled that need as expected.
