How to speak Boston
Boston is considered, by many, to be the capital of New England. Boston is filled with world acclaimed hospitals, universities, museums, art galleries AND has an abundance of redheads. BUT, the one thing people identify with Boston is our language, some call it an accent. There's even a woman in Boston that teaches people how to lose the accent...WHY, I don't know!
I've decided to provide a short tutorial. Once you get the hang of it you'll fit right in...LOL
It's my Christmas gift to you all.
 

There are other variables but too extensive to go into it. Just know that towns ending in "ford" such as Boxford are not pronounced Box Ford, many pronounce "ford" as "ferd" SACRILEGE!!! It's "fid" so Boxfid...hahahaha another is Peabody...not Pea Body rather Peabiddy. One other word "horse" = "hoss"
