Hudson's Bar and Grill - A favorite holiday spot in Vancouver, WA
We love dining at Hudson's Bar and Grill at the Heathman Lodge, especially during the holidays. They really know how to deck the halls. Plus, award-winning Chef Ray Delgado's Northwest cuisine is top notch. 
 
Last year, daughter Kelsea gave us a gift certificate for Christmas and we finally got a chance to use it. What a delightful evening we shared surrounded by festive holiday decor - and live carolers! My salmon was superb, and Bernie says his ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. 
 
 
As lovers of Nature, we enjoy the rustic lodge atmosphere with massive Douglas fir log walls, the hand-carved dugout canoe hanging on the huge basalt fireplace, splashes of color from Pendleton woolen mills, a 24' Totem pole, and Andy Warhol's Cowboys and Indians artwork collection seen in various locations throughout the lodge. Even the overhead chandeliers are thoughtful choices. 
 
 
As our branding experts ( and good friends) Ron and Alexandra Seigel will tell you, the devil is in the details. 
Everywhere you look, the rich history and culture of our Northwest region is authentically reflected at the Healthman Lodge. We've not stayed at the Lodge, but have recommened it to our out-of-town real estate clients. The feedback has always been stellar.
