Sometimes we get what we deserve and sometime they get what they deserve!

The call came in to my office by mistake.  It could have gone to any real estate office with a similar number.  The lady on the other end of the line was very distraught.  My receptionist...calmed her down and gave her the right phone number and the number of her agent. 
About two weeks have passed we had a few passing comments around the office wondering what had happened to her and her listing.  Today we received a follow-up phone call.  The lady was very composed and wanted to thank us for the way we treated her. 
I take no credit...I didn't even talk to her before.  She is dropping her listing with the other brokerage.  She wants to meet with me...only because I own the company.  She since has been on the company website and wants to list her home with our brokerage.
I looked up her listing...not all listing are worth having if they are not priced competitively all you do is burn up advertising dollars.  ... more
