When should I get a Home InspectionA home inspection will be conducted after you are under contract. Many home buyers always ask me why don't we have a home inspection prior to making an offer. Well if we do that, you might be spending money on something you are unable to purchase, if you lost out to an other buyer in a multiple offer situation.
