January Challenge: Kudos To Dylan

When I was an active Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in Wenatchee, I was blessed with many wonderful vendors.  Now that I'm retired, I don't need many of them but I do still count on my trusty all-around handyman... Dylan Honeywell. 
My husband was the super handyman at home but since he passed away, I have counted on Dylan to help me out with a myriad of things I have no clue how to do... or takes some man muscle.
When I replaced my big old floor model TV with a big flat screen, I knew I could count on Dylan to help me mount it on the wall.  My first dilemma, though, was to get rid of that lug of a TV I'd had for 15 years.  Dylan recruited one of his muscle-bound buddies so they could load it in his truck and hauled it off to the Salvation Army.  
Dylan is smart. Whenever I ask him how much he'll charge me for a job he just says "Whatever you think it's worth."  He knows I always pay him more than the job is worth on an hourly basis.  And, he is worth ... more
