Maple Heights City Council had a second regular meeting in the month of December on Wednesday, 12/19/18 at 7:00 PM. There was a low level of activity on the Maple Heights real estate market this week. 2 single family homes were listed for sale, 2 condominium listings were returned to market. 2 single family home listings changed to contract. The price was reduced for 4 single family homes, for 1 condominium and for 1 mixed type property. 5 single family homes were sold.
