Squeaky Wheels. 
Are to be avoided.   Are rewarded.
You likely know the saying and you may have used on an occasion.  Maybe you can think of an example off the top of your head. It isn't so hard, right?
Good.  Bad.  Maybe indifferent.  It is what it is.
Is it good to stand out?  Or is it better to work behind the scenes to achieve your goal.   And what is your goal?  Context matters.  A lot.  So do other factors.  Isn't that typically true? 
But I digress. Just pondering.  And wondering.
For no reason.  Perhaps many reasons.   
The power of a quote. 
Use them to make or underscore your point. 
Or as a contradiction.  An oxymoron. An argument.  Open a discussion.
Squeaky Wheels.
Visual. Indeed.  But other senses are involved too. 
Something to think about when  a quote is used. 
Or when one is  heard.  Possibilities. They are abundant.  In a quote and so much more.
