Community Guidelines for ActiveRain and what they mean to all of us.
Community Guidelines are simply the "Golden Rule" and not only apply to activity in ActiveRain but in life. 
Applying ethics, manners, courtesy, and especially accountability, to your activity in marketing as well as operating your Real Estate business and your life. 
There are community Guidelines (aka RULES) in every aspect of our lives, be it home, work, social media, the library, a sports bar, traffic, etc. All have different rules of acceptable behavior, and it is your responsibility to know and understand the "Rules". As well as understand the consequences of not following them. Content gets flagged, you end up in "Facebook Jail", got a speeding ticket, SSSHHHhhhhed at the library, you got grounded as a kid for breaking curfew, or you even got fired. Did you deserve it? Maybe. Maybe not.
If you feel like you were wronged in the (punishment for so-called crime) penalty there are ways to go about it. You don't act out or the consequences could be even worse! Liable and slander are real things and have repercussions. Hate Speach, Threats, invasions of privacy, malicious behavior will not be tolerated, and shouldn't be...EVER!
