Housing market information for Indian Trail, NC (28079 zip code), which includes the towns of Stallings, Hemby Bridge, and Lake Park in Union County, updated for December 2018.  Home prices increased in December. Despite an increase in new listings and inventory, the months supply of homes dropped to 2.3 keeping Indian Trail a seller’s market.


 
Average sale price of Indian Trail area homes increased 4.2% to just under $267,000 in December 2018 as compared with the same period one year ago. 
Median sale price for Indian Trail area homes in December also decreased 15.1% versus one year ago to $275,000.
