There is no CRYING in Real Estate - The FSBO chronicle
There is a reason that so many sellers that try to sell on their own end up taking more time, causing more financial stress, and cannot understand why it keeps falling apart.  Sometimes, having a professional assess your home that is not emotionally tied can really help sell the home for you.  I am so happy for this seller and his family.  They finally are able to live together again! Imagine being brought to tears over a Real Estate sale. Selling Real Estate can be emotional. In this case, there was a Manchester NH area Home listed For Sale by Owner. For 9 months this seller toiled trying to sell his home on his own. He said to not get him wrong, he did sell it over and over, but the sale always fell apart.
