Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course: Chelan, WA

On the southern hillside above Lake Chelan is Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course, one of my absolute favorite golf courses in the country.  I've done a lot of traveling and have played a lot of different courses but can honestly say that Bear Mountain is an absolute favorite of mine.  And, I love that it is so close to my home in Wenatchee, Washington.
Bear Mountain is 35 miles north of Wenatchee on Hwy 97.  It takes about 45 minutes to get there by automobile.  Bear Mountain is an absolute pleasure to play because it is in such a beautiful location and nearly every hole has an amazing view high above beautiful Lake Chelan, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the state of Washington.
Do you want to know why this is a wonderful golf course?  No matter how good or bad your game is on any given day, you can't help but be in awe of the beauty and how lucky you are just to be there.
