2018 was an epic year for me in Spokane Real Estate.  I worked with exactly half sellers and half buyers throughout the year, making it a great balance. When the dust settled the numbers showed that I was in the top 1% of all individual Spokane Realtors for 2018, which was an honor. I enjoyed working with several people relocating to Spokane WA, as well as family and friends !
BELOW you will see the YEAR END REPORT FOR SPOKANE WA REAL ESTATE :
This report shows that the number of sales is only up 1% meaning about the same number of homes sold in 2018 & 2017. With the major increase of nearly 12% appreciation ( wow ) this seems surprising to me- that more overall sales didn't occur year over year . AND last but not least , the inventory is SO low , number of homes for sale , 21% LESS than the year prior ?! YES this makes it a GREAT time to sell you Spokane area home !
