Remembering Irv Geller he Will be Missed by Many

 
Last Monday I received sad news about an appraiser I have known since the first day I started Real Estate.
 
He had passed away
 
A short man with a big heart Irving Geller everyone called him
Irv Geller
 
 
 
When I started Real Estate it was in a small Appraisal office that also did Real Estate sales. Irv Geller would come in the speak to Jack Lentz my Broker to talk about appraisals. They would get into heated agreements. I would listen to them and learn. One would say what is the difference I gave value all they had to do was repairs. The other would bellow it wasn't worth what they sold it for I cut the value no repairs. These talks would go on and on. 
 
Later I moved to ReMax. When I had Irv as an appraiser it was like getting your father as an appraiser. There were never any worries. You could not help but love him. 
 
Irv had two sons I know them both . Scott is now the President of the Bucks County Board of Realtors. His other son Scott a very handsome young man. I am friendly with both of them and to be honest always forget they ... more
