Why keep waiting to buy a home when you can get your nice dream home now at a super affordable price! Don't wait any longer and take the risk to pay highest prices.
 
2. Mortgage interest rates are projected to increase
Freddie Mac's and NAR are projecting that interest rates will rise in 2019. That means an increase in rates will impact your monthly mortgage payment. 
 
3. Either way, you are paying a mortgage
If you are renting, you are paying your landlord's mortgage and you are just helping your landlord's to build the equity on their home. 
 
4. It's time to move on with your life
Look at the actual reason you are buying and decide if it is worth waiting. Whether you want to have a place for your children to grow up, or you just want to have control over renovations, maybe now is the time to buy a house.
