YouTube Thursdays - Camera Shy? Part 2
Camera Shy - Part 2
If you’re camera shy, we know it’s hard to step in front of the lens. However, injecting your brand personality, the essence of you, into some of your videos is a powerful way to make connections and build relationships. 
Unlike other real estate oriented videos, we encourage you to tap into your passions and interests, first, and then establish that you sell real estate. It’s a big opportunity for authenticity to shine, and that’s when you start building trust. 
Here are some ideas for those of you reluctant to face the camera.
Utilize still photos. Use the Ken Burns effect to create the illusion of movement. Much more interesting than static, just don't over use it. Actual video is genearlly preferred. 
Short video clip(s) of you in action: Golfing, tennis, biking, hiking, kayaking, fly-fishing, cooking, gardening, exercising, dog-walking, coaching little league, shooting hoops, polishing the chrome on a classic car - you name it.  We think these short clips ring true to our brand - and our brand mascot. Hint, hint - who wants to look at us when he's around?
