Choosing a real estate agent
These days it seems like everyone is a real estate agent. Everyone has a cousin, brother, mother or nephew twice removed that is a Realtor. You can’t throw a stick in the Denver Foothills without hitting a real estate broker. They come in all shapes, sizes and backgrounds. Some there are part time, full time, agents that only work from 9 to 3 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There are and ones that only sell time shares. To make in informed decision in always difficult.
You always need a lot of data to make your choices in life. Unfortunately sometimes when you have too much data it makes the choice harder and not easier. Picking the best real estate agent is no different.  It seems like at least once a week there is someone on a local Facebook page asking for recommendations for a local Realtor. There are literally hundreds of people that post the “best real estate agent” in the world.  This adds to the frustration of selecting a listings agent or a buyer agent to work with in your real estate transaction.
